Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex offers 30 acres of fun along the New York City harbour, situated between 17th-23rd streets just off the Manhattan’s Hudson River.
After 8 years of construction, the Piers first opened up in 1910. In 1994, four piers were converted into a 30-acre, state-of-the-art sports complex offering innumerable sports facilities.
Along with the traditional spa facilities of a sports center, Chelsea Piers also possess the biggest interior mountain climbing wall in the Northeast, indoor Olympic pools in the city, the single indoor sand volleyball court in New York City, a quarter-mile running track, a forty-lane bowling passage and an indoor ice-skating rink.
Toddler Adventure Center is a magnificent indoor play area which is exclusively designed for kids from six months to four years old.
At Chelsea Piers, you will find almost all types of sports amusement for people of all ages.

Facilities at the Chelsea Piers Sports & Entertainment Complex
Field House
It is the biggest physical exercises training center in New York City. It comprises of two hardwood basketball courts, two contrive turf playing fields for interior soccer, four batting cages, dance studios, a martial arts center, day-care center and a hiking wall.
Sky Rink
The twin sky rink featured on Pier 61 greets skaters of all ages and capacity levels for universal skating, figure skating, and ice hockey.
Sports Center Health Club
150,000 square-foot Sports Center Health Club on Pier 60, has many amenities including strength-training areas, two health studios, a 1/4-mile indoor running trail, a 200-meter banked contest track, three hardwood basketball / volleyball courts, an indoor sand volleyball court, the biggest mountain climbing wall on the east coast and a six-lane, 25-yard swimming pool.
Golf Club and AMF Chelsea Piers Lanes
It has the only multi-tiered, year-around, outside driving range in Manhattan. It also has player’s championship room, where you can play a round of simulated golf on 36 of the best courses in the world.
